As a leader in the field of operations of industrial companies I have experience in the areas of digitization, lean production, industrialization, supply chain management, quality management and service, business development, new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
My strengths lie in change management and in dealing with “turn-around” situations. As an analytically strong personality with strategic vision and a distinctive conceptual approach, I am used to quickly gaining an overview in complex situations, recognizing the weak points and finding creative solutions.
